We understand that medical and insurance bills can quickly add up. At Torgenson Law, we make sure our services are accessible to all clients, regardless of income. We believe that anyone who has been hurt deserves legal representation, even if they can’t pay for an attorney out of pocket. Instead, we take on our cases on a contingency basis, which means you only pay us if we are able to successfully get you the full and fair compensation you deserve. In addition to our contingency-based services, we will sit down with anyone who needs advice on their case at no charge to review your case documents and determine if we can help you.
We know that hiring an attorney can be intimidating, so we make sure the experience at Torgenson Law is friendly and stress-free. We have a quaint, easily accessible office and a close team of lawyers, paralegals, and assistants who all work together. There is no charge to speak with one of our lawyers. We are respectful of your time, and will make sure we don’t waste your time when you contact our office.
When you come in to meet with us, it is important to bring all of the paperwork associated with your case: medical bills and records, police reports, insurance correspondence, and anything else that will provide us with information regarding your case. During the case analysis, a lawyer will review all of your documents to provide you with a comprehensive explanation of the legalities surrounding your individual case and provide you with recommendations for the next steps.
The right attorney can make all the difference. When you need trustworthy legal advice, you can count on the team at Torgenson Law to guide you through the complex legal process. If you’ve been the victim of an accident or have sustained injuries at no fault of your own, call our office immediately to begin the groundwork of building your case. It can take months for all of the pieces to come together, and the more quickly you start the process, the stronger your case can be. Once you have a legal team on your side, you can focus on the more important process of recovery and getting your life back on track.
