How long does it take for a case to be completed?

Many of our cases are resolved within 90 days of receiving the final physician’s report. Sometimes this can extend to a full year until resolution. However, if we are unable to reach a settlement with the responsible party and the case goes before a jury, it can take 3-4 years until the case is closed.
