What is negligence?

June 5, 2018

Negligence refers to any type of reckless, careless, or wanton action that results in the injury or death of another. This term is often used in personal injury law to describe an incident such as a property owner who fails to take appropriate action to remedy a dangerous condition on his or her premises, or an inattentive driver who causes an accident.
